WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO JOIN THE MEETINGS OR EXERCISE?

YES YOU DO! But I understand what you mean. It happens to all of us and is one of the main excuses people have that keep them where they are today.  That's not going to be you anymore!

Your fitness journey is not something you are going to do when "convenient". Your fitness journey has to be a non-negotiable and a bigger priority in your life.  For now, don't worry too much about not having time, trust me, you will find the time once we get started.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

$497. Optional costs are your local gym, workout gear, food and supplements.

It's up to you if you join a gym or workout at home. Results will vary based on your level of commitment.  So for now, don't worry about this and just get started! Let's Go!

WHAT'S THE MEETING SCHEDULE?

Accountability meetings are scheduled in 4 week cycles.  Each meeting is up to 30-minutes in duration as needed.  If you are not able to attend one meeting, you are eligible to attend a makeup meeting on the following meeting cycle.
